FirstPriority Posted March 24, 2019 Report Share Posted March 24, 2019 Does anyone know if the WM-3 antenna receiver can be connected directly to the NMEA bus to be discovered and activated within the HDS-9 without the need of the additional module. Looking to have satellite weather only. Not interested in audio. I see the receiver has an esn number on it which SiriusXM uses to activate accounts. Is the antenna directly connected to the HDS or does it go through the module and then the module connects to the HDS? Just trying to clarify.
