larry stephens Posted September 23, 2018 Report Share Posted September 23, 2018 I have a 2009 hpx 17 micro with 40hp yamaha 4 stroke. it obviously has the wrong prop on it as the rpm is only about 4600-4700 WOT. i found a Performance Bulletin from Yamaha where they tested this boat with their Performance- 10.5"X12 pitch prop and got 35.4 mph at 5800 WOT. Does anyone here have some performance info they are getting with their Micro or prop recommendations. Headhunter Posted September 24, 2018 Report Share Posted September 24, 2018 I had a 2012 and ran a 4 blade power tech. Much better hole shot than the 3 blade but I think I topped out at about 30mph.
