Brad Moss Posted June 1 Report Share Posted June 1 Anyone know how to communicate with Amertrail about parts. Tried online chat and after 2hour wait it said it would email me when available. Tried to call and voicemail said leave a message. Did the online parts request by leaving VIN# and it sent me an email message had been received and they would contact me asap. jh141 Posted June 1 Report Share Posted June 1 I have to second Georges response, I called them when I needed replacement axles and they answered the phone and the process was painless. I will say I did deal with just one guy, sorry I looked and I did not record his name, and he was very busy. Sounds like they may be experiencing the people on vacation blues.
