Rear is 42" high and setback over the motor and out of the way -partial rewiring and fuse panel, new rocker switches, new battery boxes and batteries -Seadek installation -new rims, tires and spare -new black powder-coated fenders -completely polished the whole aluminum I-beam trailer -new bunks, roller, and winch -installation of a 10 Minnkota Raptor -New Minn Kota Terrova IPilot 24 volt - New Helix 12 SI - Power coated the steering wheel, side hand rails and aluminum console door frame. wrapped the console door in Carbon fibre - Custom-made removable push pole holders(black powder coated) Yamaha 130 is running well with low hours(74) but I plan to install a new 150 Merc Pro XS this year. Multiple-year job getting it to where I want it but it's getting close. I LOVE THIS BOAT! Thanks to all who helped me along the way especially "Whichwaysup" Derek

HoneyB
Your boat looks great! What kind of performance do you get out of the 130 yammie? I have an older 18.5 that I am restoring as well. It had an old 150 on it but it has a frozen midsection and I’m going to be looking for a powerplant next year.
