BColley
Identical! Quick question about the seat, I think mine is seized. I can't get it to slide back. Any tips?
Fish5
I honestly don’t think that i have tried to adjust it, but will be taking the cover off this afternoon to get ready for weekend trip, so i will see what i can figure out.
Fish5
Can not get mine to move either
Moderator
Can you see in there to identify the problem ? If there is a part that is rusting shut or something we can pass on to the factory.. please let me know. Make sure the seats are supposed to move.. They may be fixed-mounted to the box. A slide tray may set them too high. MM
BColley
Sorry I hadn't responded sooner. My seat is on aluminum slide . The handle releases one of the tabs but not the other. It seems to be stuck. I will take some pics and post them as well.
slyshon
Those seats are meant to slide, brackets were known to rust a bit. Suggest spraying them down with a penetrating oil and see if you can free them up. Skip
Fish5
It’s all aluminum under mine, no rust. You can pull the lever with breaking strength and nothing moves
BColley
Same with mine. It was loaded with mud-dobber nests but no rust.
