Brother and I rode over to Apalachicola Outfitters. Really nice, higher end store. My wife has gotten bit by the fly fishing bug, so I gave her my Combo (TFO BVK 8wt and Orvis Hydros IV reel). I really liked the combo....any its only a couple years old..so, in a moment of weakness, walked in to the store...walked to the back where the fly rods are.... And....Saw the new Hardy Zane Pro 8 wt and the Hardy Carbon reel.....well......$1500 later...out I walked...hadnt fished it yet, and actually, it feels just a tad "softer" than my TFO, so it might take a little getting used to....But, looking forward to casting it and catching a few fish on it.... 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
