Capt Osceola Posted May 12, 2021 Report Share Posted May 12, 2021 Hello all, I recently picked up a ‘99 maverick mirage ii in very clean original condition. It is currently at a shop to have a minn kota terrova mounted with quick release bracket. does anyone have experience with this? I heard that some boats in 2003(ish) had an aluminum plate underneath the deck to you tap into to mount the quick release. i figured the shop was going to have to cut a hole on the inside of the front hatch, in order to access thru bolts and run wires. The guy at the shop seems pretty concerned that front hatch may be surrounded in foam... in which case they would essentially have to bore a hole thru to access. if anyone has any experience with this it would be very much appreciated tya Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
