ebm010
Anyone successful at replacing the bilge pump in this generation Master Angler. Im at the end of my rope. Only one arm at a time in the bilge access plate makes it impossible to push the new pump into the old hose which has become stiff with age. I have tried every trick I know. Wanaflatsfish
Cut out the transome and put in a hatch access panel.... dc
60hertz
Install an access hatch in your splashwell...remove the small pie plate sized one with a traditional rectangular hatch. You’ll have it knocked out pretty easy after that.
wthree3
Maybe try to wedge something against the pump to keep it stationary.Or zip tie it to a piece of plywood wedged against something in the bilge. Anything to keep the pump stationary. Always wondered if the larger hatches actually let you get two arms in the bilge. They still seems too small as they are not shoulder width. Big Dave
Call InTheSlot12 and buy a monkey. You can train him to do close quarters repairs like this! Good luck!
