Im considering going to grab it. any thing to look for? listed as a 77 18' MA with a 07 115 etec. repowered and had a new deck on 07. im pretty sure this has been posted her before but i tried reaching out to the OP with no avail. I have attached a link to an article wherein Scott Deal was interviewed. I looked at an early Berg and they were all Wood Transom.....if the transom was rebuilt, I'd say go for it.... if not, you are looking at $5K or so, guessing, for a rebuild transom...but, it seems if they put a new Etec on it..they would have beefed up the stern.
