SW Skif
Wind was down early am. Launched before sunup. The fog. Wow, never seen conditions on the water so foggy with a breeze. Pretty cool. Interesting day. Bait was super tough to find, but after spending too much time searching I found ‘em, 3”-4” pilchards. One of my spots a fellow pulled up and beached his skiff. Searching for bait on foot. Next thing I know his skiff is floating away with the outgoing tide. Caught a 16’ skiff. That’s a first! 🤣 Water was clear. But the wind kept increasing...Tide was outgoing all day long. The bite was not really good. A few mid 20’s snook , small snapper and one red who I invited for dinner. Made it as far south as IK. I think I saw the dude from Florida Marine Tracks running around in his Egret. I saw tents at Camp Lulu. A little to warm for camping in my opinion. Have a great Thanksgiving.
