Includes all cables documentation and sunshade Included is Sidescan module unit and transducer Sidescan worked on the previous unit (Gen 1) but I did not hook it up with the Gen 3 as I don't use. What is it for? According to Lowrance you can run up to a Gen 3 from the Structure Scan HD module. They did not tell me it was needed or not needed for the Gen 3. I just left it in place when I went from the Gen 1 to the Gen 3. Maybe I should have plugged the Structure Scan transducer directly to the head unit.
