Robert H Posted February 17, 2020 Author Report Share Posted February 17, 2020 Yes the trailer is a 2019 Ameratrail. It has been a great trailer and has Vortex hubs, which are great. The rims however loose their finish very fast. i rinse the trailer really good after every use, but it still did it. It did the same on my 2018 Ameratrail trailer. I ordered the ugly standard galvanized rims on my new boat, but at least they won’t loose their finish. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Redrum Posted February 29, 2020 Report Share Posted February 29, 2020 When the wheels failed on my Ameratrail I contacted them and they said wheel mfg. Guarantee was 1 year and they sent me a new set of 4. I was able to select a different style that held up much better than the originals. I went with 5 spoke instead of 7.
