chad1616
Busy 2 months. Some updated pics, vmarine steering wheel cap, ameritrail finally finished wheels , of course i had to accent them (lugnuts)to match my reels . Doesn’t everyone? Yea i have an addiction to details. Rhodan 24v mounted( really expected it to fly but not so much) i wanted everything to one side for quick back to front transitions and i got it all to fit. Winding down tarpon season here with some good success so im updating pics. Probably going to move house battery forward to offset just a little bit more weight. And of course my fishing partner :-)

chad1616
Had some spare time with covid diagnosis. Added storage behind switches in console, moved battery forward, built panels to cover battery boxes; will add doors and seadek moving forward, built an 2005 jeep LJ as my tow rig( wife no complaints about my midsummer musk lol) i was bored on 25 day quarantine so some matched lights on trailer n jeep.

chad1616
Boat Outfitters had these acrylic cubbys in stock and i had these doors built to spec. The cubbys will be removable by just pulling them up from a snug fit for access below for dock lines and such. Hatch doors are for larger items, rain gear etc. , 2nd door just for viewing charger as needed. Will seadeck it to match moving forward . Someone once said they were short of storage in there 17hpxv; id argue I have more then I need now and its more useable.

chad1616
The original cutout for carpet in under gunnel gelcoat looked horrible, the seadek fabricator cut the pads to sit inside vs covering edges up, so redid the pads and feathed in the gel do it was a smooth transition. Redid material on rod holders that looked horrible. That seadek fabricator just was lousy. Finished up the front hatch storage area.

whichwaysup
See, now you are just showing off. Do you realize the temptation that you are leading all us innocent souls into? I liked my steering wheel fine, till I saw yours. I liked my console fine, till I saw yours. I liked my retirement plan, till I saw what I could do with that money on my boat to make it look like yours. Kids college? Hmmmm, or sea deck like yours. . . . I'd tell you to stop posting, but I'm enjoying it all too much sooooooo . .. . LINK PLEASE, CHAD! . . . I like that door too, best one I've seen and I've always felt like that darned massive console was an underutilized space. A front door would solve a LOT of problems!
