Inshore1
Anyone know where I can get the live well shaped rubber gasket/seal that attaches to the underside of the front live well hatch lid? Tired of the front pitch well spraying me in rough conditions when ever it’s full. This is for a 21 MA Thanks

Inshore1
Thanks Capt, I’m looking for the actual part that inserts into the live well (mounted on underside of hatch lid that is same shape as the well) when the lid is closed. captpn
Strange, mine doesn't have anything on the lid... I don't use mine, my cast net and 5 gallon bucket live up there so I don't Know if its water tight. I would think if you did the square gasket like mine AND a circular one you'll be dry - if you lock the lid. Side note: I heard some folks that run around with bait upfront take a thick piece of foam like 4", cut a circle size of the well (cut in 1/2 for storage) keeps the sloshing way down and bait happier. Similar to a pressurized well.
Inshore1
Your rig looks identical to mine, what year?? Mine is an 06 21 The foam idea is a good one and I may give it a try. The piece that I was looking for is the same concept but it’s a rubber gasket that attaches on the underside of the hatch lid that is the exact same shape as the livewell and seals it off once the hatch lid is closed. The ones I have seen may be homemade but not sure. Wish I could post pics and I would put one up I found online. Thanks for the tips

bdsnook
Did you try calling Skip at the factory....or Flounder Pounder Marine? My 2000 MA21' has the seal your talking about...mine is in good shape though....but it still leaks some in 2 to 2.5' seas.
