1997 19' Redfisher "Steal Your Flat"

Recommended Posts

Here is my 1997 19' Redfisher. "Steal Your Flat"

Why Steal Your Flat.... ???

It is from The Grateful Dead's "Steal Your Face" logo.

It is also a line from one of their songs called "He's Gone". Steal your face right off your head.....

With some elbow grease and rigging, She is in fine fishing condition. Wish I woulda taken the before and after pics.

Thanks to Ebony Mule!!! He gave me the platform for the boat, and Cotoman for the deal on the Lee’s. A huge Thank you to Justin for all your help with the questions and introducing me to this Forum. The pics are from Peanut Island on a Family fun Saturday.

:)

Thanks guys for all of the positive comments!

and I would never go against the Mule's old scow in a race. You've got a good looking rig Tim. Though I did see a 20' Lake and Bay flats boat with I think "TWIN 200's" on it in Jupiter that might give you a run for the money?????????????? Crazy?????? has anyone else seen it?

I second the motion on a Lappy T-shirt. Maybe start a T-shirt contest on the General Forum?

Skip, Thanks for the comments. RAT DOG 11/17 Mizner Amp. I've got my tix.

How about a shirt that has the lapstrakes running across it with the Hewes logo, like on the stern of the boat. Kind of like if you wrapped the hull onto the shirt. I'll try and come up with something, excuse my photoshop skills in advance.

LAPPYS RULE!

They had a boat w/twins at the Miami Boat Show last year. If I remember correctly they said it was the owners boat. Not 100% positive about that, but it was sick!

I'd love to see it.

How about a simple shirt. "Got Lappy?"

or

"Save the Lapstrake".

or.................

???????????

Man this is not an easy one.

How about a lappy standing kind of vertical and bowing at midship, with legs off the transom, shark eye lights for eyes, doing a dance or jig kind of step, with the words...

"The Lappy Dances On"
