Any tips and tricks to cutting and routering?  I ordered two full sheets.  One gray and one black.  I'm assuming to laminate the two pieces together all I have to do is to pull the white paper backing and stick the two pieces together.

Never done this but I would think you could only do it with the brushed finish on the bottom one and not embossed.

i have never routed it but never had any issues using a razor blade to cut it.

just got off the phone with Seadek.  They highly recommend against doing this.  They use a flame lamination process only available through custom shop like Custom Castaways.  They let me cancel my order.  That would've been frustrating.  I'll order a few items just for the good customer service.

I picked up some SeaDek remnants from Fiberglass Florida and installed it on my Gheenoe.  Once I cut the SeaDek to shape/size, I used a cheap HF trim router with a bull nose bit and routed the edges.  Super easy and turned out really nice.  The thinner material may be a little more difficult to route.
