Electrical help please, I’m a novice!

Question: where do I find these black “junction” boxes and do you think that simply changing out the end fittings and these boxes (from obvious  corrosion ) would be all that it is needed for this electrical area to be re done or considered made over ? This pic is the only part in the rear that looks like it needs work, but I’m no Electrition!

Those are in-line circuit breakers. You can buy them at most marine-supply stores. You will need to determine how many amps they are rated for. That amp rating should be printed or stamped somewhere on the unit. There is a chance that the top circuit breaker (pictured) has a higher amp rating than the bottom one. While you're in the area, you might want to unscrew the battery selector switch from the bulkhead and check the condition of the connections on the back of the switch as well.

Those circuit breakers are terrible, you should replace them with these.

^^^^^^^^^^Agreed! When you are DIW (Dead In The Water) you can always replace a fuse, a breaker,,,,, not so much. Get all of that replaced and get it out of the bilge.
