fishmanjj Posted July 30, 2018 Report Share Posted July 30, 2018 Yes and Yes. Make sure you put a backer plate inside for you to jam the nuts on for the anchor cleat. The 20's should have an anchor cleat on bow ? The rod holders are simple...just be sure to buy all metal ( no plastic ) rod holders for trolling those spoons.
