Used Pathfinder purchase

I am in the market for a used Pathfinder - either a "Tournament" or  a "TRS" model - probably year range of 2012-2016. Other than the rear seats in the TRS, are there any other significant differences?

Also, I have read on this forum and others that some early models of the Tournament had a water intrusion issue and that was solved in newer models or by using rabuds. Can you tell me what year models I should purchase to avoid that issue
