First this week we see that Brunswick is closing the Sea Ray Yacht division and the Florida plants (understandably so, cant keep losing money?)… But then in less than 2 days they spend nearly a BILLION dollars (910 million dollar purchase) and buy Power Products to add to their portfolio! There are alternatives to Lenco. Competition works. I just got back form a few days in Cuba - trust me, you wouldn't like the alternative to "Capitalism gone mad". Price increases are hitting most parts, pieces and materials for the boating industry.. This is why you see the threads about the pricing of new boats..
