Nolezone Posted April 22, 2018 Report Share Posted April 22, 2018 I have an 18’RF and hear there are backing plates near the bow tip to better secure a trolling motor base to. Is there a diagram available for me to give to my trolling motor installer? I got a great package deal on an Xi5 Saltwater Pinpoint GPS model and the install is basically free to me. I’d really like to make sure he knows exactly where this baby should sit. Has anyone infringed on the pop up bow cleat at all? Is that a major thing when placing the mount?
