TBob Posted November 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 26, 2012 I think I have the right prop now. Went to a 15 stainless non-Yamaha prop - cant remember the make. I get 38 mph at 6300 rpm trimmed right. Had a 16 Yamaha stainless and could only get about 5300 rpm. We may raise the motor one stop and then the 16 might be right.
