Perfect compression and clean gear oil (green Merc High-Performance oil was in it, so that went back into it). Intakes were removed and boiled clean. This motor fires right up and runs like a clock. Comes with comes with prop and some gauages and I think I might have a gauge harness to go with it. Motor is a commercial model and has the oil bypass on it from the factory, the oil gets mixed in with the gas. I bought the motor year and a half ago for my maverick restoration and have ran it for the past three months. I had an oppertunity to buy a 115 four stroke from a friend and is the reason for the upgrade. Motor has stainless protective skeg on it. Cowling has a couple skuffs on it fromone of the hatches but nothing major.power trim and tilt works perfect . I also have a video of it running. Compression test is from 12 running hours ago, last two pics are from when I purchased it off an older gentlemans 18' hewes.
