JEM
I thought this was kind of interesting. The Ford is steered digitally, but it does have a steering wheel as a backup. It looks like they just went down to the local West Marine for the SS steering wheel blue light special. Not even an Edson Carbon Elite for $1400! At a cost of $12.9 billion to build, I guess they had to save some pennies somewhere. LOL Edit: I wonder if they used Seastar hydraulic steering? whichwaysup
better check the stringers, if they are cutting corners on the wheel, sure would stink to find cracks in the hull!
DonV
Looks like they were at Marine Surplus in Sarasota and picked one up!! Shoot, I have an extra somewhere around here, they would have probably paid me $1.3 million for it.....and I'll throw in an Edson knob!!!
