Will prob wait to paint outside til then. Pavers for driveway are on super back order so frontyard is gonna look like a construction zone for a while. We were 99% packed up and movers coming this morningband failed final inspection due to the house not being enclosed from front to pool. Contractor scambled his resources and closed it all off and called for new inspection and we are good to go. I keep in touch off this forum with a lot of the guys that still seemed interested but I wanted to give this a little closure. We lost our temporary living situation first of May so have been back in since then. Still had a lot of punch list stuff and landscaping to do I’ve been working on since but in reality it’s all but DONE. We have new elevation of 16.7 feet above sea level, reduced our flood insurance by about $1500 a year and officially got our CO today. There’s a little piece of mind as well. Leaving it as open as possible has really paid off tons of shade with natural light and any breeze really gets sucked right through. one side is an outdoor living room of sorts and I will make the other side into gates so we can park under or actually drive right into garage Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
