Venice fish cakes

smooth move

Recommended Posts

made a trip to Venice, La. last week. one of the guys bailed at the last minute and was paid up, so i took my 20 yr old grandson in his place. we had a blast. caught a bunch of reds and trout. witnessed our Capt. pass a kidney stone and ate like pigs at a trough. used some of the fish to make fish cakes today. came out great.

Looks awesome!!!  Whats our chances of you posting the recipe?

no problem. this a generic recipe. i use bread crumbs(a handful) in the mix to bond the ingredients. also juice up the seasonings to taste. also, i bake at 375 for 40 min instead of frying.
