Phinz13 Posted August 7, 2017 Report Share Posted August 7, 2017 Now that Ive got a 2016 motor, Im interested in getting all the engine data on my Garmin 741xs. Has anyone attempted this project? Headhunter Posted August 7, 2017 Report Share Posted August 7, 2017 Piece of cake. You need a nema starter kit and a cable from the motor to the network. Google BOE Marine. They have all the stuff at the right price and good customer service on top of that. They sell Lowarance but their cable fits Yamaha and it was way cheaper than Garmin.
