We released several this size on finger mullet, fishing the falling tide.Smaller fish would bite live shrimp but the big fish wanted big bait. Never got into quality fish but got some time on the water with my wife and daughter (wife outfished me) which we enjoyed. The added bonus was nothing broke which is always a plus.
