Capt. Troy
These little males are starting to stick their noses out. Water temps climbed up this week from 63 to 67. Hopefully no more real cold stuff and things get back to normal. Fishing had been slow after the big blow to 50 knots last weekend. It really messed up the water and that wind had 700 bucks worth of fun with my Helm enclosure on the Rampage.
DonV
$700 in canvas/strata glass damage?? Yuck!! I also lost a 4' zipper on my boat cover, no where near $700 though! My fault I guess, I underestimated how strong the wind was going to blow and did not remove it. I guess the local weatherman's "breezy conditions" forecast were just a bit off. ! Capt. Troy
I watched the live feed from Fred Howard Park weather station. Sustained at 35 and peak gusts to 50 at times. Looked like a bomb had gone off around the Marina.
MPFit
Nice to see the linesiders back in the mix. Hoping water temps stay up for the fishing too! Nice catch!
pondfisher
Very healthy looking snook. Should be a strong spring season.
