gb6195 Posted November 30, 2016 Report Share Posted November 30, 2016 just got my new 2016 2400 trs, want to know from current owners what max rpm and mph you get from your boat with normal 2 people, 30 gal gas. also, what prop and trim you use to get your speed. want to see if mine is prop properly as my max rpm is around 5200 and max speed is at 50. currently running 19p, 4 blades. sho 250, thanks! Fish Food Posted January 10, 2017 Report Share Posted January 10, 2017 I have the F300, but the SHO250 should still be in the 6000 rpm area. If you make sure that you are trimmed properly and have tabs up, you should get to 6000. See what others say with that engine set up.
