From the tongue all the way to the back of the trailer. Add another 3 feet that the outboard sticks off the trailer puts you at 25 Feet. The swing tounge eliminates 3 feet. So basically from the swing to the back of the prop puts you at 22.5 Feet (including wiggle room) Width of trailer (outside of tire to tire) is just over 7 feet.
