charlie johnson
Another fun group of anglers, some pretty good fishing (despite the cold and wind), and a bunch of great raffle items and prizes made for another fun-filled event. Thanks to all the participants and all the companies that made contributions (list will follow). Results: Overall Winning Team: Scott Deal and Charlie Johnson (80 total points-- redfish, trout and sheepshead caught) Biggest Redfish: Tie -- Scott Harmody and Adam Adams (27") Biggest Trout: Tie -- Scott Deal and Robb Simmons (23") Biggest Sheepshead or Snook -- Scott Deal (15" and only sheepshead recorded , no snook caught) Here's a picture of Scott with his sheepshead. Stay tuned for more pics and the announcement for a much requested summer/fall version of this tournament. It was great seeing everybody and thanks again for joining us. The sight fishing up in Vero is SPECTACULAR and I had a great time fishing the tournament. I look forward to the next one. We finished with a trout and redfish each, but not enough to contend with the all stars. There is always next year.
