Im not sure they are fiberglass, might just find a local plastics place and see what kinda material they have. I'm going to stop by a yard just up the road that does a lot of fiberglass restoration work and see what they suggest. When I find something that works, I'll be sure to post here. If they are half round just get a holesaw the size of the lip, cut in half and you have two. You can make them out of anything you wanted as long as they hold up to the sun.
