MaxBluFin
Heading to Marathon for a week trip with the wife and some friends. We are bringing the RF 16 and friends a 20 Nautic Star bay boat. Any insight on what and where is biting would be greatly appreciated. We are all excited as this is our first fishing trip to the keys. We have all been numerous times but never had the chance or means for fishing, but this time is different. Thanks in advance for any info. Tight lines everyone. fishmanjj
See if Vaca Cut Botel is still open. We have always fished near Sombero Reef out of Vaca Cut. Several places there to stay where your boat is tied up at your back door. Not fancy...but convenient. Vaca Cut Botel on Marathon.

Anchor up in 60-70', bring 50 lbs of chum and join the party...silversides and squid will get you on the bite. dc
