Specsniper
Bought this rig from my closest friend who purchased it from the dealer new. It has been an excellent boat with our only challenges being how to prop the boat given the tunnel design. I have had to use a few custom prop builders here on the Texas coast to get good results. Still working on a resolution to a tunnel ventilation issue which causes loss of water pressure in less than perfect seas. Otherwise, love the boat. Just recently had a custom ladder built. fishmanjj
Very nice looking boat / motor. Rod holder on ladder is a cool idea.
spectackler1
Hey buddy! Let me know what you find out on the prop. I have not found anything on the 1810T props yet. I'll keep you posted. Pun intended.
spectackler1
I'm running the 1810 T with a 13 1/4 x 17 pitch 3 blade and the prop slip is ridiculous. I have a lot of work to do!! I have to leave the jack plate all the way down and the trim tucked or it won't plane up.

spectackler1
Bauman Cupped the 17P 3 blade for me, but the improvement was modest. Now we are going to a 15P and adding more cup to keep the RPS up. I'll keep you posted with the results. Oh the prop was vented and now they are welding in the holes. spectackler1
Update. Bauman's plan worked. The 1810T can plane up with the jackplate on level 6. no slipping etc. Happy as can be. If you need prop work in Houston. Call Bauman's props. Ask for Loui.
