FunFlatsFishing
This weekend a jellyfish clogged my drain pipe in my livewell and it began overfilling and draining into the adjacent hatch/rigging station right onto my battery switch, power pole pump, jack plate pump, wash down pump, livewell pumps and negative post. Let's just say not the ideal place to introduce large amounts of saltwater. Luckily I was able to move all my fresh caught bait into the port side catch and release well and shut off my main livewell and continue to fish I popped my head in the livewell and looked up only to see that it was no longer sealed. All the existing caulking was dried up and shrunken Nothing a little or in my case a lot of waterproof caulking can't fix but definitely worth checking on. RodWorks
I'd use a good quality silicone not caulk.
