There's a float and a potentiometer mounted to the bottom of the cap of the main tank (engine mounted tank) the float may be stuck or the potentiometer can be faulty. A service manual has the procedure for checking the potentiometer with a multi-meter, it's pretty straight forward. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
