rubble Posted April 10, 2016 Report Share Posted April 10, 2016 A buddy and I may be headed down around River Ranch in the next two weeks to pick up some equipment and was thinking of heading to the East Coast for a day to fish. What is the best area to fish? Considering Inshore for Snook and Reds or something sporty that can burn some drag. Fort Pierce looks close based on google maps directions (1.5hrs). Vero looks like 1.25 hrs. Thought about heading to Pine Island, Boca Grande but too much time on the road. Prefer a shorter drive with easier access to the salt. Suggestions? Guides? wayne Posted April 10, 2016 Report Share Posted April 10, 2016 Fort pierce inlet and surrounding area can be very productive.. should be a straight shot from river ranch.. they have a marina at River Ranch with some good b*** fishing right there..
