M.A.
1 battery? 2 batteries? 3 batteries? What type of charger? I have a 3-bank Marinco Pro charger that's worked great for me. Can get them from West Marine, and easily replaced if it ever craps out on you some day.
Wanaflatsfish
Mornin' All,I need to replace the battery charger on my 2008 Redfisher 16. Any recommendations, or brands to avoid? Thanks very much. Rennie Very few ugly babies depending on your experience.. Stealth, MK, Noco Genious, Promariner and Dual Pro seem to be the leaders... I have a ProMariener G3 that has been working well so far - 3 months. I also had a DP and MK...no problems with the MK for 7 years...I went Promariner due to a great price from a forum member. My only stay away is any house brands....that are usually made by one of the majors above, but, less in quality... Yes, go to WM and buy, get the 3 yr warranty and they take it back no questions asked in the event of a problem...nice ot have on a friday night at 7pm when you are going for a trip on Saturday dc
Fishtails
NOCO Genius GEN3 30 Amp 3-Bank Waterproof Smart On-Board Battery Charger by NOCO. Pull this up on Amazon. Great reviews. I love mine. Charges each battery according to its need. Could not be happier, and the price is very good.
polliwog
Just a word of caution about all chargers, you must make sure there is air flow where the charger is mounted. They will burn out in the summer heat if they can't breath. I have had personal experience.
