Mike45q Posted February 8, 2016 Report Share Posted February 8, 2016 When did the HP Limit on the 22V increase from the 225HP on my 2003 model to 250 HP on later model years. mdemott Posted February 11, 2016 Report Share Posted February 11, 2016 I almost bought a 03 with a 250 HPDI. Got scared off by the reputation of the longevity of the powerhead. Owner told me it was 03 factory upgrade to the 250. Put a 225 on a 2200V and that was plenty of power for me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Others claimed it was a weight issue. Regardless if you overpowered them the warranty was null and void. Most were quite happy with 225 horses.
