Fishcamper
Anybody knows cost, availability and how hard to install factory portside swim platform 2009 2200XL pathfinder. Boat is ice Blue color but white would work.
SCFD rtrd.
My swim platform came installed from the factory. It appears to be thru-bolted with some extra backing inside the transom. Do you have access to the inside of the transom on that side? Have you contacted your dealer? I would suppose there are different models, designed to fit different transom designs. Tiki Man
I recommend you get a custom fabricated aluminum step with a ladder. It will look really cool and be sturdy. If you have a marine aluminum fab shop (think builder of t-tops) in your area they would build it and mount it for you. You are probably looking at $250. RipTide
My 4 step Armstrong swim ladder and HD mounting bracket was $500 just for components. Spent 2-1/2 days cutting gl***, digging out closed cell foam, fabricating/installing backer plate and bracket, patching cut out, sanding and re-gel coating release well.
