The time has come for me to upgrade so I have to sell my beloved 20.  I am OCD about my stuff so I am always working hard to keep it in tip top shape, I do my own maintenance on the motor so tstats, anodes, water pump, LU fluid, oil & all filters routinely checked cleaned and or replaced as needed.  Everything works as it should and is in excellent condition.  All original parts, keys & documentation for everything is included.  Pictures below were taken today 10/23/19.  Located Okeechobee county contact Daren 863-381-3443. Priced to sell at  $27,500  $25,000

The details are:

F150 (1516 hrs) & power tech SCD19 4 blade prop  *** 1/28/20 Had local shop check compression and pull diagnostics from CPU, compression excellent and even (#1 200, #2 201, #3 201 & #4 205) Mech said no issues in diag info) 

Ameritrail trailer aluminum wheels, Tires in exc cond, Spare also included (galv rim)

Motorguide Xi5 24v trolling motor with spot lock,  remote & QD mount.  After 2 years of hard use she was recently rebuilt, all new shaft and lower unit and GPS module (the one in the mount) been using for 6 months and doesnt even have a scratch on it.

Standard horizon VHF with digital quick detach antenna

Fusion MS RA-50 am/fm radio with 2 Sony speakers

Lowrance HDS Gen 3 9" FF / GPS, Point 1 heading sensor / GPS ant, Airmar B150m CHIRP thru hull transducer and LSS2 Structure scan transducer

8' Power pole blade series with remote

2012 Pathfinder 20' hull with all standard features and- Trim tabs, Release well is plumbed, 2 mid ship pop up cleats 4 gunnel mount rod holders, Custom starboard / lexan glove box houses VHF & stereo... door has slide off hinges so it can be removed and stowed, Console has tilt out / removable tackle storage with cushion, all viny in good cond though has minor staining, 3 Deka intimidator AGM batteries (1 house and 2 for TM)

The only Issues that need attention:

The power pole pump tank has a very small leak... it is sporadic and im not sure at this point if its splashing up out of the cap or if the tank has a small crack or hole

Outboard cowling paint is starting to show some sun fading in vulnerable areas see post  See post below dated 1/28/20 cowl professionally repainted and new decals installed

Update... another item made perfect... cowl professionally repainted and new decals.  Took the boat into the shop to check motor health for any potential buyer...had compression check done and diagnostic info pulled.  Compression is excellent and even (#1 200, #2 201, #3 201 & #4 205) and no issues showing in diagnostic info
