Previous owner just has some pvc which is not working for me. looking for some options? Jim Hampstead NC
Wanaflatsfish
check the size you can get brass inserts at West Marine... dc
Flireman
I have same exact boat. The pvc sleeves from factory still are fine. Those two compartments on my boat are bone dry so I insert a brass with rubber expansion plug. Completely seals it if I need to wash or drain just take them out. They are inserted from inside compartments so you never see them.

I'm hearing the trout are showing up in good numbers, and water temps are still pretty high - a good omen! I may sneak out Friday a.m. for a dawn patrol and see if I can find some with a buddy who's been keeping me fishing. Judging from your screen name, you must be a surfer as well, which is what I've been doing with my boatless free time. Post up some pics of your MA - would love to see her! I am confused by those drains though - my 18 MA is a 2000 and, unless I'm crazy, I don't think I have those at all.
Kookman
Kookman is childhood nickname close to my last name, nothing to do with surfing but i have attempted occasionally. I will look at your repair threads to check it out. Jim
