    Good Boat Name

OR he could have made a ton of money in the cannabis business that is taking off across the country. I heard recently that the 5 shops that opened in the state Michigan for recreational marijuana sales this past month made 1.9 million dollars in 1 week. BUT they could have made more but 3 of the shops sold out of their inventory in the first 3 days!
  2. Watch your speed, do not go more than 5 MPH over any posted speed limit. Cops are really enforcing the speed limits, especially during the winter months with all of the tourists going down. Enjoy!

    1985 Bonefisher II HIN issue

The boat was manufactured by Regal Fiberglass Corp. for Bob Hewes. Hence the RGFL at the beginning of the serial number, it indicates the manufacturer, all boat serial numbers start with the manufacturer initials. Hewes placed serial number tags in multiple places on their hulls in the event the boat was stolen they can look for the hidden serial number tags. One place was up under the rear casting deck and up under the front casting deck. You would need to stick your head under and look up for the tags. Almost all manufacturers hide multiple serial number tags for this reason.

How to Clean Scum from Hull

I have the same issue and realized it was areas of the hull that had gel coat repairs done, the wax in the newer gel coat prevented the stains. That is my observation.

How to Clean Scum from Hull

Goof Off Rust Aid, sold at lowes for $10.00 a gallon. I started at the bow and by the time I got to the stern, scum stains all gone that quick. I put it in a pump up sprayer. https://goofoffproducts.com/product/rust-stain-remover-outdoor-1-gallon/

    THIS is a sunrise

Thanks for the Bonefish fishing tip Gee, I appreciate that. I know that a lot of forum members are familiar with the area. I also know that this was Tarpon Terry's backyard, he lived just around the corner. Glad you like the pic's and they brought back some good memories!

    THIS is a sunrise

This was Key Largo on the North passage through Largo Sound to the ocean and past what is left of the concrete barge the day after Thanksgiving. And the boat is back in Miami!!!

First Car for Daughter. Looking for reviews.

Got mine a 2014 Toyota Corolla and it is a great car! Stick with the Honda though out of the three choices you gave us. However nobody has mentioned the mental toll that we as parents face when our kids start driving! Just remember we are here for you!

Last 6 months spent on my Non-MBG

Marine ply has a different veneer on both sides then regular plywood (hardwood) and no voids (knot holes and scraps thrown in) in the ply's in between and they use a different adhesive (waterproof) to make the piece of marine plywood. When you cut the board and find no voids in the ply's you got good stuff! If not left exposed to the elements, except when fishing you should get many years of use out of the boat before you start to see any signs of deterioration. But yes carpet is the enemy and certainly does not help, unless it has a rubber, waterproof bottom layer.

    Side Scan Tip

Are they water droplets or are they tear drops from when you got the boat back and you were hugging the console and crying tears of joy all over it?

I'll tell you what, you post on Craigslist, Offerup up, etc. you will be severely disappointed. You know how many people said they have the cash and on there way and never showed up! I do not give my address anymore when people want to come by, I give them directions and have the identify landmarks to ensure they are truly on their way and guide them in. I don't want them knocking on my door when they feel like it, like midnight, yes it has happened! Their thought process was "well I couldn't make when I said I was, but I'm here now!" Live and learn. What exactly were you selling that got you P.O'ed?

    ENP Boater Permit

Not to sound like a smart *** rubble, that is not my intent; but if you are in Choko you are already in the park. If you are in E/C you really have no where to go but in the park since it is surrounded by the park boundary. Get the permit to be safe.

18 Mav & 21 Redfisher on Craigslist Miami

I understand what you guy's are saying, but if it pans out, that is a helluva deal for a 21 Redfisher. I have been thinking about the Mav. project, just gotta finish the one I started, and sell a Suzuki DRZ400s for the boat accessory funds, or a Mav. hull to sit in the yard until I can get around to it! Why do I do this to myself, I just wanna fish!

Have to sell my Bonefisher - how much should I ask?

How about I play Devil's advocate here! Advertise at or around the asking price that Shallowminded advised, BUT if you only get what Linesider said, don't be disappointed. We are coming out of the season and the boat and motor ( i assume) is going to be 18 years old in a few months. But as has been stated for a long time here is; The boat is only worth what somebody is willing to pay for it! If you can find that guy who has posters of an 18 bonefisher in his room and has one as his screen saver, you can expect top dollar! GLWTS
