  1. Front Console Cooler Size - Pathfinder 20

The 50 Yeti is a perfect fit. It's almost the exact size as the console. I have one in my 2000V.
  2. Cooler Tie Down Question

Perfect, I appreciate the help guys.
  3. Cooler Tie Down Question

I have a 2006 2000V. It has 4 of these in front of the console. I am assuming they were used to tie down the original cooler? I am trying to re-purpose them if I can. I can't tell for sure but I don't think they are threaded, but could be. Could anyone tell me what originally went in these and how it worked?
  4. Pathfinder 2000V Draft

Running you can run in 12" maybe less but if you come off plane you are stuck. I have had my boat (2000V) floating in 12" but as stated above you are just floating.
  5. Pathfinder 1900v or 2000v Specs

Hey Man, I don't think you can go wrong one way or the other. I have a 2000v and I am in Charleston SC. You are welcome to look it over and ask any questions you may have. I know that the specs for the 20 are available online and possibly on this forum.
  6. Fishing tackle storage under leaning post

If you have any interest in making another one I'd buy one.
  7. Fishing tackle storage under leaning post

Man that is what I have been looking for. I would be interested to see more details on how you made this. Are you in Charleston, by chance? I'd like to check it out in person if possible. Where did you get your foot pad?
  8. Ulterra Heading Sensor

I haven't mounted mine yet, spot lock has worked great without it so far but I have only used it in pretty strong current so far. It does say it must be on a flat surface and not upside down in the installation booklet.
  9. Mounting a Trolling Motor 2000V

Perfect, thank you. I talked to a couple people over the weekend who didn't think the stainless steel would matter but no one knew for sure. That answers my question.
  10. Mounting a Trolling Motor 2000V

Thanks for everyone's input. I got the new trolling motor installed. I was able to get 3 bolts through and then drilled a new recessed hole for the 4th. Next question for the guys with the new ipilot motors, where is your heading sensor located? It says it needs to be mounted on a flat surface and 24" from any ferrous metal (stainless steel falls in this category) I couldn't find anywhere on the console that was 24" away from any stainless steel. https://www.minnkotamotors.com/Products/HEADING-SENSOR---BLUETOOTH/
  11. Mother-In-Law

Was there a template that you used for these?
  12. Mounting a Trolling Motor 2000V

That's not a bad idea. I am going to look at it again tonight and see if I can make it work.
  13. Mounting a Trolling Motor 2000V

Ok, thanks, so the other two bolts would be positioned to be screwed on from the outside of the boat? Or are you saying just two of them will have nuts on them? The original trolling motor was held on by 8 bolts but none of them had nuts on them, just bolts.
  14. I recently purchased a new (to me) 2007 2000V. I am happy to be back in the MBG family after selling my Hewes back in May. I just bought a new Minn Kota with I Pilot and I am in the process of installing it now. After removing the current trolling motor I was looking at where I wanted the placement of the quick release for the new one to be. My question is how important is it to have the mount through-bolted on? I know for sure that I can get washers and nuts on 2 of the bolts but I am not sure about all 4. I cut a piece of starboard to the size of the TM mount to go under the puck. What are your thoughts on applying 5200 under the mount?
